Shadows of Morrow is a mystery novel that exposes the secrets that lay at the core of the Morrow Family. When you first meet this large and vibrant family, you are welcomed in as a friend, but slowly, you begin to see that there is a intense sadness laying just under the surface. The synopsis reads:

On the day Tristan Morrow is born her mother goes missing, prompting an investigation that produces no solid leads. Fast forward 15 years, and the Morrow family still doesn’t know the truth behind Catherine Morrow’s disappearance. When 15 year old Tristan is required to write a biography on her mother for a school assignment, she learns the truth about her mother’s fate, and is hell-bent upon finding out who was responsible for her death. But when Tristan herself goes missing too, everyone is suspect, even her own father.

Set in rural Fox Hollow, PA, Shadow of Morrow unravels a web of lies, deceit, madness and corruption. Can investigators crack the case before Tristan meets the same fate as her mother? And who is responsible for the disappearances? There is much uncertainty as the investigation unfolds, but there is one thing that is certain: Tristan Morrow holds the master key to the entire riddle.

Tell us more about the Morrow family.
Tristan Morrow is our feisty 15 year old protagonist. She is the youngest of the Morrow family, but she isn’t afraid to put her four older brother’s in line. She is tough, but kind, and fiercely loyal to her family, especially her father Jack. Strong, independent, and big hearted, Tristan Morrow is the heart of the family.

Jack Morrow is the staunch head of the Morrow Household, and father of five children, including Tristan. He is industrious, deeply committed to his family, and holds his feelings close to his chest. Stubborn and a bit rough around the edges, Jack has a soft spot for his family, especially his wife Catherine and daughter Tristan. A good friend to have in your corner, Jack Morrow is definitely not the type of guy you want to double cross.

Catherine Westfeld-Morrow is the beautiful, classy, and artistic lady of the Morrow Manor. She is an impressive cook, a warm hearted host who will welcome just about anyone into her home, and exceedingly intelligent. Her entire heart belongs to her children and her beloved husband, Jack. Cut down in the prime of her life, her absence and the memory of her, affects the entire Morrow family.
