Tell us a bit more about Phoenix and Braeden.
Phoenix is a young girl who feels her life is not worth living anymore. After the death of her father, her best friend, she gets dumped to her mother’s house. Even through the pain she is a kind, loving person who finds out there are things in life worth living.

Braeden is a gentle, caring person who is haunted by the untimely death of his mother. Working as a psychiatric hospital aide worker he feels as though he can help those in need. But throughout time he finds his life becoming repetitive.

That is until he meets Phoenix.

How would you like the reader to feel as they read the last word of your book?
Without giving away the ending I wish for the reader to be fulfilled. To take away that whenever life gets too rough, don’t give up. There is always something great waiting for you.

Have you written any other books that we should read next?
I am currently working on my second book, but it is in it’s very early stages.

Can you tell us anything about it?
It is set in high school and spans to adulthood. Deals with the effect on bullying.
