Aubrey Ryan aspires to be a romance writer, but she first needs experience romance and isn’t sure how to do it. She sets out to find her muse to use for her book and she meets the extremely handsome Alex Logan.

In that case, tell us more about Aubrey and Alex.
Aubrey Ryan is a 25 college graduate who aspires to be a romance novelist. She hasn’t had many relationships, she’s guarded and doesn’t feel as if she is beautiful. She was used in the past and is scared to take a chance, but she does.

Alex Logan is gorgeous, a known “player” and owns a nightclub. Most importantly he becomes Aubrey’s muse and one true love. His past life as a “player” compicates things for him. He is a good man who has lost two important people in his life, his mom and sister. He hasn’t felt loved since they passed.

Have you written any other books that we should read next?
This is my debut novel.

I think I am a lot like Aubrey. I love romance and all that comes with it. A little apprehensive sometimes in regards to taking chances, but when that chance presents itself, it’s difficult to ignore. This book was my unexpected chance.

Tell us a bit more about yourself.
I have been married to the love of my life, my romantic hero for twenty years and we have two wonderful sons. Although, I love reading and writing all things romance, I love watching sports – deep down I am a bit of a tomboy…with really great shoes. Yes….I have a slight obsession with shoes.
