What would you do if you were granted millions of pounds and a face that melts the underwear off of any woman?

Besieged is set in London and involves two main characters; Lilly Parker and Theodore Ellis.

Meet Theodore Ellis, the business man who parties like a rock star, and has more women than he has room on his bed post to put the notches. Theo is the guy you love to hate, but can’t. He’s endearing in his playboy ways as he makes no apologies for what he is.

Meet Lilly Parker. With a difficult past; Lilly is cold, closed off and emotionally unavailable in every way. Don’t go thinking she’s the sweet and innocent victim though, she plays the game better than most men, and is the original use and abuse woman. If you like strong female characters then Lilly is your girl.

She’s built her walls ten feet high and topped with razor wire, but Theo is relentless in the face of a challenge and Lilly finds herself besieged by him.

Can he get in her pants? Or will the unsuspecting man whore go a step further and finally tear down her walls? Unlikely.

The stage is perfectly set.
If it’s sweet kisses and fond words you’re after then look elsewhere.

Oh?
This is no hearts and flowers love story, it is a battle of wills as a woman who trusts no-one denies a man who has never been denied.

Cue fireworks as female sass meets alpha male tenacity. Besieged will make you laugh, fantasize and perhaps even shed a tear.

We’re really intrigued by these characters. We want to know them a bit more.
Theo is the embodiment of what any very attractive and wealthy young man would be. He likes his parties, his fast cars and most of all his women. He doesn’t have a particular aversion to commitment, he’s just never found a woman worth committing to. How do you find a woman worth committing to when they all just throw their knickers in your face as soon as you look at them? Theo is always looking for a challenge.

Lilly presents a challenge like no other to Theo, and the chase begins. Lilly is no ordinary woman though. Suffering with a difficult past and emotional walls to rival Fort Knox, Lilly Parker has no intention of being caught by playboy Ellis.

Lilly trusts no-one, so she keeps her relationships casual. She uses men and then she moves on to the next. Theo’s attentions are unwanted, because she can’t deal with feeling used. she needs the upper hand.

Lilly is the character who has overcome. Yes, she has issues, but she’s a fighter, and that makes her really likeable.

We just know that all readers are going to be swooning over Theo, but we get the impression you feel quite sympathetic towards Lilly.
Lilly Parker is based on my own back story, and is my ideal woman.

You’d better tell us about yourself then.
I’m a 24 year old British writer. I love my horses and my dog more than anything. I’m very opinionated, almost to a fault. I say what I think which sometimes gets me in trouble. I am an ambassador for strong and independent women. My most hated line in any romance is if the female character says; ‘I need him.’ I know, I’m a scrooge for the soppy love stories.

We’ve heard a rumour that this isn’t the last we’ll be seeing of Theo and Lilly. Can you confirm or deny that?
The sequel to Besieged, Conquered is being written now, and will be published in the Autumn.

Oh good. Have you got a website where we can keep up with your progress?

Is there anything else that we need to know?
I have a few other ideas in the pipeline, but alas my fingers can only type so fast! I think they’re some real goodies though, so stay tuned.
