Tell us about your new book

Parasylum originated from a montage of Paranormal Encounters over the many years I have researched deeply into the field of work. Working with integral individuals from scientists to investigators, it lends that factor of credence to the work itself within the book. What I have done is take the factual based element twisted it with as much Horror/Thriller intent as I could give, which actually wouldn’t be exaggerating what truly took place at some of the asylums I have investigated. The many experiments government agencies conducted on society during the early years of shock treatment, Thorazine druggings and more are only a small portion of what cruelty did take place. You’re going to find yourself becoming involved deeply within the pages, becoming part of the investigative team that encounters a night of terror that will warp your mind beyond belief.

What kind of readers will it appeal to?

It will appeal to a very diverse genre of readers, which range from Sci-Fi, Thriller, Paranormal, Horror, Suspense and even Action.

How long did it take to write?

It started out as a movie script, then while that was being completed it took me roughly a year to complete, off and on. It was a real joy for me to be able to express the reality of being at so many haunted locations throughout North America in my career and giving it back in a real time sense of illusion for the reader.

What was the most challenging part of your creative process?

The challenge I faced was incorporating a motion of giving the reader the opportunity to read the book and to see with their mind, as they could place this story as a movie and then they themselves could incite who the actors would be playing those roles. As time went on, it became easy, but for the most part in the beginning of thought, I wanted to transcend that to the reader in an easy mindscape.

Tell us a bit about yourself

I am a husband and married to my beautiful wife of 20 years and together we have three lovely daughters. I am an author of six books, this being my sixth one and I love to dabble in scriptwriting. I have created a television series that is, at present, in development with Lamport and Sheppard Entertainment called, Psychic Profiler. I am the creator of the show, and will host it.

People will be able to purchase the book Parasylum from Amazon and all their affiliates coming shortly as the release date is Halloween 2012. It should be readily available through many other online stores once it is released through Createspace and via Createspace themselves.

What’s next?

My work seems never ending, however, I have already started the second in the series of Parasylum trilogy and hopefully getting the green light on our new television series that has many major networks worldwide interested. I want to be able to be a part of the movie process of the books I am writing as well, as there has been some interest already in Time Shift The Paradigm and the Parasylum trilogies.
