For Christmas’ Sake is a short, sweet Christmas story with a twist. In keeping with the holiday tradition, there’s a version for those on Santa’s Naughty list and one for those on his Nice list!

That’s a neat twist. What’s the story?
Rozaline runs an animal shelter owned by her best friend’s mogul father. What she doesn’t know is that he’s ready to pull funding and spend his money somewhere that will make him richer. The little pet shelter isn’t going to cut it. With the help of his daughter, they devise a plan to get some endorsements in the form of a celebrity auction to help make it through the next year. Will Rozaline be able to rise above the betrayal of her best friend?

What genre is it?
It is a Christmas Romance.

Readers of romance, both naughty and nice, will enjoy this quick read for the Holidays.

If you like snuggling by the fireplace with a cup of hot cocoa and a good book during the winter, you’ll love my book.

Tell us about Rozaline.
Rozaline was raised in a children’s home and never adopted. She has a love for homeless animals and runs Pawsome Pet Rescue to give those animals a chance. Her best friend Mina is flighty and ridiculous. She spends too much of her father’s money on clothes, has never had a real job in her life, and just doesn’t get it sometimes, but she’s always there for Roz when she needs her.

You say it’s a romance. Is there a man we need to meet?
Charles is the celebrity chosen to help Pawsome Pet Rescue. He’s a model and a good one. Roz has had a crush on him since high school.

How much of you – or the person you wish you were – is in Rozaline?
Rozaline and I really only share our love for puppies and our celebrity obsessions. She isn’t much like me at all.

We’re not going to ask who your celebrity crush is! Have you written any other books?
If you enjoy For Christmas’ Sake, then you should definitely check out my other romances, Shaggy Maggie, a contemporary romance, and The Man Without Rules, an erotic romance. They are the first in two separate series.

Tell us a bit about yourself.
I am Tyffani Clark Kemp. I started SideStreet Cookie Publishing in September of 2012 and published my first book in October of the same year. I currently have 5 books published.

What’s next?
February 6, The Red Wife, book two of The Without Rules series launches, followed by Beckman’s Bane, book two of The Shaggy Maggie Band series on February 14. A few months later, Hunted, the second in The Vampire Hunted series will launch as well, but I don’t have a set date for that one just yet.

How easily do new storylines come to you? If we give you four random words – Man, Woman, Airport, Darkness – can you give us a brief storyline?
The man stalked through the darkness, casing the outer boundaries of the airport for the woman he was looking for. He would know her when he saw her. That was what the old seer had told him. Three days ago, he had no idea things like seers existed, but after everything he’d been through just to get here, he was willing to believe anything…

Final question – and it’s a toughie. What’s your favourite Christmas tradition?
I make my own Christmas tradition of writing a Christmas story every year, even if it doesn’t get finished by the end of the holiday. I light a Christmasy candle and blast Christmas music as early as the first of November just to get into the mood. It’s one of my favorite things.
